1. Orders & MOQ

Q: I am a new brand. Can I start with 5,000 units instead of 10,000? A: Yes, we support new brands. However, the 5,000 MOQ applies only under specific conditions to keep costs reasonable for you:

• Material: Standard PE tubes only (No ABL, PBL, or Eco-materials for this quantity).

• Design: Simple printing only. No complex custom molds or special applicators.

• Why? For complex materials or crafts, setting up the machine for less than 10k units makes the unit price too high.

2. Samples

Q: Can I get samples? Is it free? A:

• Stock Samples: Free. We can send you existing samples to check quality. You only pay for the shipping.

• Pre-Production Samples: If you need a sample printed with your design, there is a sampling fee.

• Refund Policy: If your bulk order meets our standard MOQ (10,000 units), the sampling fee will be refunded. (Note: Orders of 5,000 units are not eligible for this refund).

3. Materials & Printing

Q: I want to use Eco-materials (PCR/Wheat Straw). Any advice? A: Here is our technical recommendation:

• PCR: We recommend 30% - 50% content. Higher percentages make the tube too hard and dark.

• The "Specks": Wheat Straw and PCR naturally have small dots.

  • Option A: Show them off. Use the dots as a marketing point to prove it's truly eco-friendly.

  • Option B: Hide them. We can use Co-extrusion to put the eco-material in the middle layer so the surface looks clean.

Q: My design has gradients and text. Which printing method should I use? A: Don't worry, we will review your artwork and guide you.

• Gradients: Use Offset Printing.

• Sharp Text: Use Silk Screen.

• Complex Images: For large, multi-color artistic prints, we recommend Laminate Tubes (Sheet) for the most perfect result.

4. Lead Time

Q: How fast can you produce? A: Our fastest turnaround is 25 days. Here is the truth about lead time: The actual production on the machine only takes a few days (whether it's 5k or 100k units). The "30 days" you often hear is mostly spent waiting in the queue for the production slot.

5. Payment & After-Sales

Q: What are your payment terms and shipping options? A:

• Payment: Standard 50% Deposit, and the Balance before shipment.

• Shipping: We support most terms, including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), delivering directly to your door.

Q: What if there are quality issues (leaks or print errors)? A: We stand by our quality.

• Major Errors (e.g., Wrong Print): We will reproduce the batch for you and cover the shipping cost.

• Minor Quantity Shortage: We will either replenish them in your next order or provide a discount/credit.
