SampoX Purchasing Guide: Everything You Need to Know

Part 1: Orders & Samples ( The Basics )

Q: What is your standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? A: Generally, our sweet spot is 10,000 units per design (SKU).

  • Why? Setting up the extrusion and printing machines takes hours. Running fewer than 10k units makes the unit price uncomfortably high for you.

  • Exceptions: If your design involves simple printing and standard finishes (e.g., basic offset printing without complex hot stamping), we can often support 5,000 units. Just ask our sales team if your artwork qualifies for this lower start.

Q: Can I see a sample before I place a big order? A: Yes, and you should. We offer two types:

  1. Free Quality Samples: We send you random tubes we made for other clients so you can check the material quality and printing sharpness. (You just pay shipping).

  2. Pre-Production Samples: We make a custom tube with your specific design. This takes about 10-12 days and has a sampling fee (which is refundable if your bulk order is large enough).

Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Plan for about 30-35 days for mass production after you approve the final artwork. If you have a complex custom mold, add another 2 weeks.

Part 2: Design & Printing ( Technical )

Q: What design file format do you need? A: Please send us Vector files (AI, PDF, or SVG) with all fonts converted to outlines.

  • Warning: Please do not send JPG or PNG files exported from Canva. They will look blurry when printed on a curved tube.

Q: How do you match my brand color? A: We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). You can choose a specific Pantone code for the tube body (base color) and the printing ink. Or, send us a physical sample of your existing bottle, and our color lab will match it.

Q: Offset vs. Silk Screen: Which one should I choose? A:

  • Choose Offset: If your design has complex gradients, photos, or more than 6 colors.

  • Choose Silk Screen: If you want simple, bold colors with a tactile (raised) texture that feels premium.

  • Not sure? Send us your artwork, and our engineers will recommend the best method.

Part 3: Sustainability ( The Truth )

Q: I want "Biodegradable" tubes. Do you have them? A: Real Talk: We generally advise against marketing tubes as "Biodegradable" because most (like Wheat Straw or Sugarcane) are durable bioplastics, not compostable ones. However, we offer excellent Sustainable Alternatives:

  • Sugarcane PE: Carbon negative and 100% recyclable.

  • PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled): Uses recycled plastic waste.

  • Mono-Material PE: Designed for easy recycling.

Q: Why does my PCR tube have grey specks? A: That is the mark of authenticity! Recycled plastic naturally has minor impurities. If you want a pristine white look, we recommend using a Co-extrusion structure (hiding the PCR in the middle layer) or choosing a dark tube color.

Part 4: Shipping & Payment

Q: Do you ship internationally? And how? A: Yes, we ship globally.

  • Sea Freight: The most popular option. Cheap but slow (30-50 days).

  • Air Freight: For urgent launches. Fast (5-7 days) but expensive.

  • DDP Service: We can handle all customs and taxes and deliver directly to your door.

Q: What are your payment terms? A: Our standard term is a 50% Deposit to start production, and the 50% Balance before shipment (after you receive the QC inspection report).
