Molten resin is transformed into a flexible tube sleeve. Our extrusion lines ensure uniform wall thickness for a soft, premium touch. Laser gauges monitor the diameter in real-time to guarantee a perfect fit.
We fuse the shoulder to the sleeve using advanced injection molding. This process creates a seamless bond, ensuring the tube is strong and leak-proof, keeping your product safe inside.
From Offset Printing for vivid images to Silkscreen for a tactile feel, we bring your design to life. We also offer Hot Stamping and Matte/Glossy varnishes to give your brand a luxury finish.
