For eye creams, you usually want that "cold metal" feeling to de-puff the skin. Silicone just doesn't get cold like Zinc Alloy or Ceramic does. So, stick to lip products for this one.

2. Capacity & Sizes

Q: How much product fits inside?

A: It depends on how long we cut the tube. The diameter stays fixed at 19mm, but by changing the length, we can fit anywhere from 10g to 20g.

Q: Can I get the die lines before I commit?

A: 100% Yes. Please don't start designing without them! We will send you the exact Technical Sheet for the 19mm tube immediately. It saves everyone time fixing artwork later.

3. Making It Yours (Design & Color)

Q: Can you match the tube color to my brand?

A: Yes. We don't just print ink on top of a white tube. We can actually inject the color into the plastic itself.

• The Process: Send us a physical sample of your current packaging or just a Pantone code. We’ll match the base injection color so your whole line looks consistent.

• Printing: Most clients go for a colored tube base + 3 colors of silkscreen printing. It looks super sharp.

4. The "No-Headache" Shipping (DDP)

Q: I hate dealing with Customs. Can you handle it?

A: This is actually our specialty. Ask for our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Basically, the price we give you covers everything: Shipping + Taxes + Custom Fees. You don't need to hire a broker, and you won't get hit with surprise bills. We just drop the pallets at your warehouse door.

Q: How many pallets will this be?

A: Don't worry about the math. Just tell us if you want 10k or 20k units. Our logistics team will crunch the numbers for Volume (CBM) and pallet count, then send you a packing estimate so you can clear space in your warehouse.

5. Timing

Q: When will I get them?

A:

• Production: Usually takes about 30 days once you approve the artwork and pay the deposit.

• Shipping: It’s up to your budget. Air freight is fast but pricey. Sea freight takes longer (30-60 days) but saves you a lot of money. Just ask our team for the current schedule.
