We primarily use high-quality raw materials such as PET, HDPE, PP, and PETG to ensure chemical stability and durability. To meet sustainability needs, we offer eco-friendly options, including PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastics, biodegradable materials, and sugarcane-derived HDPE.

How is the sealing and barrier performance of the bottles? Will the product remain fresh?

We focus on the precision fit between the bottle neck and the cap to ensure excellent sealing. For products with special barrier requirements (e.g., oxidation-sensitive formulas), we can provide thicker walls or light-blocking materials (such as dark or opaque bottles) to effectively block light and oxygen, preventing degradation and extending shelf life.

For custom products, the lead time is approximately 25-30 days after sample approval. Specific delivery times depend on the order quantity and production schedule. Once an order is placed, we will provide you with a detailed production timeline.
