High-Definition Gradient Printing The most striking feature of this tube is the smooth color gradient. Using advanced offset printing techniques, we achieved a seamless transition from a warm peach/beige tone at the seal to a clean white at the shoulder. This "ombre" effect is notoriously difficult to print without banding, but our technology ensures a soft, airbrushed finish that perfectly mirrors the concept of skin blending.
Luxurious Gold Detailing To elevate the branding, we applied gold hot stamping for the main "BB" typography. The foil is applied with high pressure and heat, resulting in a mirror-like brilliance that catches the eye. This is paired with a metallized gold screw cap, creating a cohesive top-to-bottom luxury aesthetic suitable for high-end cosmetic lines.
PBL Shape Memory & Barrier We constructed this tube using PBL (Plastic Barrier Laminate). Unlike aluminum tubes that dent permanently, PBL has excellent shape memory, meaning the tube bounces back to its original round shape after every squeeze. This ensures the beautiful gradient design remains distortion-free throughout the product's life. The material also provides a robust barrier to protect the foundation formula from oxidation.
